London Stock Exchange Group in Paris is seeking a French-speaking Account Manager to proactively manage a portfolio of clients with emphasis on retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will liaise with Customer Training, Sales Specialists, CRM centers, and local technical support to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, especially banking and FX, with excellent communication skills in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CAIA, CFA or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Deep understanding of Financial Markets, Banking and FX space.
• Fluent English and native French.
• Strong execution and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers to retain and grow the business.
• Demonstrate Thomson Reuters products to customers, primarily online.
• Troubleshoot problems with internal support/product/admin groups as needed.
• Record contact history in Siebel, Salesforce to improve retention and revenue.
• Manage escalated problems and set correct customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Customer Training, Sales Specialists, CRM centers, and local tech support.
