SmartRecruiters is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager, French Speaking (Remote) to lead 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs across channels. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and content teams to drive account-specific campaigns and engagement in our target markets.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, revenue-focused, fluent in English and French, and located in France, Germany, UK, or Poland. This is a remote, full-time position with international scope.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French with strong writing in French.
• Proven track record in integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience in HR or recruiting tech space preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute ABM programs aligned to sales goals across channels.
• Define buyer personas and craft messages.
• Coach stakeholders across Marketing, SDR, and Sales.
• Partner with content teams for campaign customization.
• Monitor KPIs and improve tactics.
