RTB House in Paris is seeking a Technical Account Management Team Leader to oversee a growing France team of 45 professionals. You will lead technical account managers, coordinate campaigns, and ensure strong collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will report to the Country Manager in France and Head of Global Technical Support Solutions in Warsaw, driving high-impact performance campaigns and delivering tools and processes to improve team efficiency in a fast-paced, AI-driven

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years in digital marketing in technical roles
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing senior team members
• Good knowledge of online campaign management
• Fluency in English
• French language fluency mandatory for external candidates
• Knowledge of debugging tracking scripts and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team responsible for technical support of the company's business teams
• Launch and optimise advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology
• Collaborate with local sales managers and account managers, as well as technical teams across the company
• Develop tools and procedures to improve the work of your team and other technical teams
