Cross Border Talents invites a French-speaking professional to join as an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon. You will support customers, act as a brand ambassador, and elevate the customer experience throughout the lifecycle, aiming for first-contact resolution and high satisfaction.

You will work a 40-hour week with rotating shifts, and the role includes relocation support and a dynamic, customer-centric environment in the heart of Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and clearly communicate.
• Native level French with some English proficiency.
• Proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for customers.
• Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via voice or digital channels.
• Provide first-contact resolution and prevent repeat calls by solving issues promptly.
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of products and commitments.
• Create sales and retention opportunities through outbound and inbound contacts.

Cross Border Talents is looking for a French speaker to work as an Operations Customer Expert for a global leader in Lisbon, Portugal!

The job

To support the company's customers, act as a brand ambassador and continually elevate the customer experience throughout the customer's
lifecycle, transforming each point of contact into opportunities to create brand engagement, trust and loyalty, with a 1st point of contact mindset.

The activities

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations;
• Achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation;
• Using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue;
• Being the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of our products, sustainability services and commitments, continuously learns and takes advantage of new knowledge and skills in his own work;
• Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing high value customers, size or order value through genuine interest in customers and their habits, taking advantage of relevant offers.

What we are looking for
