Affinity Petcare is seeking a senior growth leader to own the entire communication engine for France, including paid, owned and earned media. You will steer strategy, budget, and partnerships to drive brand and performance across Grocery and Specialized channels, with real accountability for outcomes.

You will build a unified France plan, integrate audience data, and harness AI-driven optimization to improve reach and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in media, communication and content with senior client-side responsibility.
• Experience leading brand growth in fast-moving consumer markets, ideally food/petfood.
• Fluent French and professional English; comfortable in an international matrix.

Responsabilités

• Own the French media investment end to end with budget, brands and audiences.
• Design the integrated paid architecture across brands and channels for France.
• Own organic/social presence and creator ecosystem in France.
• Direct the content supply chain with partners, ensuring local relevance and cost efficiency.
• Lead the agency ecosystem in France across media, digital, eCommerce and content.
• Act as country champion in the global company and drive cross-functional alignment.
