Lightspeed is seeking a French-speaking Product Adoption Strategist to lead human-led adoption programs within the EMEA team. You will own adoption strategy, experiments, and implementation for specific features or markets, partnering with Product, Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, Consultative Customer Enablement, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English and professionally proficient in French or German.
• Experience translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive workshops or coaching programs to solve customer friction points.
• Experience gathering qualitative customer feedback from live interactions and turning it into actionable recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to teach complex workflows in a simple, consultative way.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a feature or market, including strategy, session design, facilitation, follow-up, and performance for 1-to-many and 1-to-1 programs.
• Identify underutilised product areas and translate adoption opportunities into scalable human-led initiatives such as clinics, masterclasses, and peer roundtables.
• Build proactive coaching playbooks for high-value or at-risk accounts with low feature penetration.
• Conduct live qualitative deep-dives to understand adoption barriers and map insights to customer personas.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account management to align cross-functional customer journeys with product priorities.
