Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery team, shaping functional and technical solutions to meet business needs. You will own the product discovery process, write and prioritize user stories, and participate in Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Product Owner, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering. Fluent English and French (C1) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in product discovery and user research.
• Minimum C1 level in English and French.
• Versatility and ability to take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery team (80%).
• Identify and design functional and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Define the scope of releases (MVP and iterations).
• Write and prioritize user stories.
• Support and guide developers on a daily basis.
• Contribute to discussions on impactful technical decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Participate in synchronization meetings with other teams (business, QA, marketing, support, R&D, RAQA).
• Escalate issues, blockers, and arbitration needs.
• Prioritize, maintain, and communicate the roadmap in collaboration with the Business.
