Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to define and execute the roadmap for Content & Selling. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate user needs into actionable roadmaps, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize business impact.

You will build compelling business cases, coordinate with Tech, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and shape the product vision from discovery to delivery. English proficiency is essential for collaboration with OLX teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital Product Management from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to translate vision into an executable roadmap with teams.
• Knowledge of SEO challenges and how they inform product decisions.
• Interest in AI and agentic approaches.
• Strong data-driven mindset: KPIs, dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Impact-oriented: tie product decisions to business objectives.
• Experience coordinating across Tech, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority.
• Pragmatic in execution and strategic in perspective.
• English fluency required to collaborate with OLX teams.
• Marketplace experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Define, manage, and implement the roadmap for the Content & Selling scope, aligned with the Group’s business objectives
• Lead discovery phases to identify user needs, qualify problems, and shape the product vision
• Build business cases and make data-driven recommendations
• Identify growth levers and topics requiring cross-functional coordination
• Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on expected impact, cost, risks, and constraints
• Plan, define, and prioritize the backlog and features to be developed
• Write EPICs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Lead product initiatives end to end, from scoping through deployment
• Ensure regular and transparent communication with stakeholders
• Define and monitor business and product KPIs for the scope
• Analyze and measure the impact of initiatives undertaken
• Share learnings and iterate on the product strategy
• Work within a multidisciplinary feature team comprising Tech, Design, QA, and Data
