Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management.
• Product-Led Growth mindset with focus on business impact.
• Proficient in product discovery, user needs analysis, and user-centered methodologies.
• Data-driven decisions and ability to define relevant success metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong synthesis ability.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Tech, Data, Design, and Business.
• Solution-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Marketplace sector experience is a plus.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery phases to identify user needs and inform the product vision.
• Define, prioritize and manage the product roadmap.
• Co-develop and deploy the product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product initiatives end-to-end from scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate with Tech, QA, Data and Design teams to advance initiatives.
• Work in a triad with a Tech Lead and a Product Designer using a user-centered approach.
• Define and track product and business KPIs; measure feature impact with data and A/B testing.
• Gather requirements from various teams and formalize product recommendations.
• Write EPICs, user stories and functional specifications.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on roadmap progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Product practices and user-centric culture.
