Lexroom is building an AI platform where legal work gets done. We are seeking a Legal Engineer to own the construction, maintenance, and strategic development of our proprietary database—the backbone of reliability for our users. You’ll sit at the intersection of law, product, and AI, shaping data accuracy and new features.

Competenze

• French law degree required and fluent in French and English.
• 3+ years as a practicing lawyer, preferably civil law.
• Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communicator, able to translate legal requirements to technical teams.
• Curiosity about AI and legal tech; no prior AI experience required.

• Own the construction, maintenance and strategic development of the proprietary database.
• Shaped new features with your legal judgment to verify outputs for accuracy and usefulness.
• Collaborate with data annotators and AI engineers to define high‑quality validation data.
