• Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure product success.
• Collect user feedback, usability insights, and market research into clear requirements.
• Discover and assess new product opportunities balancing ambition and pragmatism.
• Turn ideas into MVPs and rapid experiments.
• Validate hypotheses with real users and iterate based on evidence.
• Lead the shift from prototypes to scalable product features.
