Blackapple Solutions Ltd is seeking a French Field Support professional for a 3-6 month contract based in Paris, France. You will deploy packaged applications, image laptops, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence for client NIIT.

The role requires experience with Altiris and SCCM, Windows Server 2012, Exchange 2010, and mobile mail provisioning with MobileIron. Travel to Lille and other sites may be required; strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with Altiris and SCCM deployment solutions.
Experience configuring mailboxes on Exchange Server 2010.
Experience with Windows Server 2012.
Familiarity with MobileIron and managing corporate emails on devices.

Responsabilités

Deploy packaged applications and patches.
Re-image or deploy OS image on laptops and desktops.
Resolve and troubleshoot issues within the SLA.
Change backup tapes on the server according to schedule.
Patch network ports and ensure connectivity.
Provide excellent customer service and work with multiple sites.
Travel to Lille and other locations as needed.
Coordinate with client senior management when required.

This is Ramya from Blackapple Solutions Ltd. At the moment we have an urgent opening for French Field Support for a Contract position based at Paris, France. The role is for a Contract (3-6 months) position with client NIIT.

Location: Paris, France

Job type: Contract (3-6 months)

Client: NIIT

Deploy packaged applications and patches.
Re-image or deploy OS image on laptops and desktops.
Resolve and troubleshoot all issues within the agreed SLA of the incident or request.
Change backup tapes on the server according to the schedule.
Experience using Altiris and SCCM deployment solutions.
Experience using Windows Server 2012.
Configuring mailboxes on Exchange server 2010.
Configuring iPhone and iPad for users to send and receive company emails using Mobile Iron.
Patching network ports.
Excellent customer service skills.
Team player.
Some travel involved to other locations particularly Lille in France.
Managing multiple site locations.
Comfortable working with client senior management.
Clear understanding of SLAs especially in a High Priority Incident environment.
ITIL V3 Foundation – Preferable not essential.
Experience in a challenging environment.
