CBTALENTS is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist in Barcelona, a hybrid full-time role. You will onboard clients, craft PPC campaigns, and guide clients to achieve strong ad performance.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, and fluency in French (C2) and English (B2). The position offers relocation support, intensive product and sales training, and a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or online advertising experience.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Native French (C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC campaigns.
• Consult with clients to define advertising goals and provide optimization insights.
• Identify upsell opportunities and sustain long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions to support campaign success.
