CBTALENTS in Barcelona is hiring a Junior Campaign Specialist to onboard clients and develop personalized PPC campaigns, guiding advertisers to build a solid online advertising foundation and reach measurable results.

The role requires a BA/BS (MA/MSc a plus), 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, fluent French (C2) and English (B2), and strong communication, proposal writing, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Native level of French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns.
• Consult with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide insights to maximize their ad performance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success.
