CBTALENTS is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist in Barcelona to help clients build and optimize PPC campaigns. You will onboard new customers, tailor strategies to goals, and drive ad performance in a hybrid, full-time role.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years in sales or online advertising, strong communication and proposal-writing skills, and fluency in French and English. Relocation support and training accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Native level French and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns.
• Consult with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide insights to maximize their ad performance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success.
