CBTALENTS in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist – Digital Advertising to help clients build and optimize their PPC campaigns and digital advertising foundations.

The role is full-time (39 hours), hybrid at the World Trade Center Barcelona, with relocation support, competitive salary, intensive training on products and sales techniques, and opportunities for career growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Native level French (C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns.
• Consult with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide insights to maximize their ad performance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success.
