CBTALENTS in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist – Digital Advertising to help onboard clients and develop PPC campaigns. The role combines client consulting with hands-on campaign optimization in a hybrid setting.

You will work in a full-time capacity (39 hours/week) with opportunities for career growth, relocation support, and performance bonuses. Fluency in French and English is required to communicate with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Native level of French (C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns.
• Consult with clients to understand advertising goals and provide insights to maximize ad performance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success.
