Qualifications

• 4–7 years of recruiting experience in tech or SaaS environments.
• Experience recruiting for startup or fast-paced teams.
• Ability to align with founders and hiring managers on needs and market insights.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and outbound messaging with high response rates.
• Structured, data-driven recruitment process and candidate experience focus.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, including search definition, outbound strategy, and closing.
• Step in on other roles when the team needs support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and structured interview scorecards.
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline across multiple sources.
• Identify and fix gaps in the hiring process with efficient solutions.
• Own TA metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting for informed decisions.
• Update ATS for data cleanliness and accurate forecasting.
