Photoroom in Paris is seeking a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across the business. You'll run searches across functions, build pipelines from scratch, and partner with hiring managers while collaborating with the Talent & People team and leaders across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering.

This 3-4 month mission runs 4-5 days a week, with on-site collaboration 3 days a week. Start date: ideally early October, with some flexibility for the right person.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience, in-house, embedded, or agency-side

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff to offer and manage candidate experience
• Run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering depending on priorities
• Source actively for most roles, balancing inbound, referrals, and outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role scope and guide selection and offers
• Build pipelines and automation to improve efficiency with AI-native approaches
