Photoroom, a leading visual solution for e-commerce, seeks a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across the business. You'll run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering, build pipelines from scratch, and partner with hiring managers while collaborating with the Talent & People team.

Mission: 3-4 months, 4-5 days a week, with the possibility of renewal. Location: Paris, with on-site collaboration about 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building track record.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Hands-on with automation and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple live roles.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines across functions.
• Collaborate with GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation in hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
