Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist to manage logistics for in-person events in Clichy, France. The role requires on-site presence, strong client interaction, and the energy to operate in a startup tech environment.

The ideal candidate is based in Clichy and can travel within the local region, with corporate event experience and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This contract is per-event and offers competitive hourly compensation based on each assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Based in Clichy, France with willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• Be the on-site hands-on coordinator and problem-solver.
• Manage check-in and provide a warm guest welcome.
• Break down after the event and ship materials back.
• Escalate issues to Events Team when needed.
• Send updates, photos, and videos to Events Team.
