Taptap Send is expanding its treasury operations and risk framework across Francophone Africa corridors. You will own risk management and partner exposures, working directly with intermediary financial partners in dynamic, emerging markets to keep money moving safely.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of treasury operations and credit risk. You will build processes, push back on assumptions with evidence, and influence sound decisions in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Credit or counterparty risk experience in volatile, real-world environments.
• Experience with emerging markets, especially Africa/LatAm, and fast-moving frameworks.
• Fintech, payments, remittances, or risk-focused consulting background preferred.
• Track record of building and delivering tangible outcomes.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with risk models and data.

Responsabilités

• Own treasury operations and credit risk across Francophone Africa corridors.
• Assess and monitor counterparty risk with financial partners in volatile markets.
• Build and maintain practical, scalable risk frameworks for rapidly changing regulatory environments.
• Identify and mitigate operational exposures in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage partner relationships across Francophone Africa as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, legal, and markets teams.
• Present risk positions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
