Welcome to the Jungle is seeking a Group Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury across France and international entities. The role reports to the CFO and emphasizes a business partner mindset with a focus on structure, rigor, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in accounting/treasury within international environments, strong people management, IFRS/GAAP proficiency, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments is required.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and tax compliance.
• Proven leadership in a growing, international finance function.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team across AP, AR, treasury and general accounting for multiple entities.
• Oversee monthly/annual closings, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage treasury activities: cash flow, FX exposure, cash pooling, and intercompany loans.
• Drive P2P process improvements and automation with AI-enabled tools.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, and legal teams.
