Taptap Send is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to oversee risk and operations in Francophone Africa corridors. You will be responsible for managing partner exposures, ensuring safe money transfers, and developing structured processes. The role involves navigating complex regulatory landscapes and requires strong analytical skills.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in credit risk, particularly in emerging markets, and fluency in both French and English. A strong background in fintech or related industries is preferred.

• Own treasury operations and credit risk across Francophone Africa corridors.
• Evaluate and track counterparty risk with financial partners.
• Design scalable risk processes for rapidly changing regulatory frameworks.
• Surface operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial partners.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and legal teams.
• Present risk assessments to senior stakeholders with clarity.
