Qonto is seeking a Head of Treasury in Paris to own day-to-day treasury operations during a pivotal PSP-to-bank transformation. You will manage daily cash flows and lead a small team while ensuring readiness for banking regulatory requirements from day one.

You will report to Frédéric Giraud, Director of Core Finance, and collaborate closely with Risk & Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to implement robust treasury infrastructure and processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize daily cash flows under banking regulatory constraints.
• Lead treasury team through PSP-to-bank transition with two Treasury Managers and Systems Expert.
• Serve as primary treasury contact for banking license project; map gap analysis and roadmap.
• Execute ALM strategies defined by ALM team and translate into operations.
• Interface between treasury operations and Product & Tech teams to align systems with banking requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance on regulatory implementation.
