TikTok is seeking a Partnership Development and Operations Manager to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem in France. You will onboard, incubate, and support Partners including agencies, helping them scale on the platform.

This cross-functional role requires data analysis of livestreams and performance metrics, training, and strategic briefs to empower partners and grow sales on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in partnership development and account management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in French for liaising with local stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Onboard, incubate and support Partners in the France market.
• Manage partnerships with agencies servicing brands on TikTok.
• Provide strategic briefs, training and consultation to partners.
• Drive TSP performance and growth through education on live strategy and data.
• Identify opportunities using data to inform partner success on TikTok Shop.
