Grand Circle Corporation in Lyon is seeking a Trip Experience Leaders Team Manager to support our France programs and ensure consistently high-quality delivery for our travelers. This role is ideal for someone who knows France deeply, understands international travelers, and is passionate about coaching teams on authentic, culturally rich experiences on the road.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French, based in or willing to relocate to Lyon, and brings strong knowledge of France, its regions,

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; English required for international teams and leadership.
• Based in Lyon or willing to relocate to Lyon.
• Minimum three years’ experience in travel, tour operations, hospitality, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and ownership mindset.
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching guides or leaders.

Responsabilités

• Deep knowledge of France, its culture, regions, and hospitality standards.
• Coach and develop Trip Experience Leaders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead performance management and build high-performing teams.
• Travel up to 70% during high season for training and live feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international teams.
• Handle on-road issues with calm professionalism and urgency.
• Support a performance-driven strategy focused on traveler satisfaction and cost awareness.
• Fluency in French; English required for communication with global teams.
