Responsabilités

• Lead overall operations to ensure families experience a memorable product and outstanding service.
• Oversee home operations, experiences, community and education at the location.
• Manage partnerships with local officials, businesses, and customers to build presence.
• Direct procurement, vendor relationships, and contract compliance locally.
• Manage P&L, reporting, and ensure adherence to local laws and practices.
• Analyse market trends and price strategies to optimize profitability.
• Foster a high-performance team culture with coaching and accountability.
