Job summary

Autel Automotive Intelligence – Europe is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead TPMS product sales in France, focusing on the aftermarket. You will build a robust distributor network, manage key customer relationships, and drive growth through training, support, and market insights.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a superior customer experience, travel across France and Europe as needed, and contribute to Autel’s expansion in the automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in automotive sales or business development.
• Fluent French with English for internal communication.
• Strong network in the French tire and automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve TPMS sales targets in France with focus on the automotive aftermarket.
• Build and manage a robust distribution network including onboarding distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in tire and wheel industry, including tire shops, garages, car dealerships, and service networks.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and prospect new business opportunities to expand Autel’s market share in France.
• Provide product training and technical support to distributors, partners, and end-users.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical support, product, and sales operations to ensure seamless customer experience and business growth.
• Represent Autel at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and partner activities in France and across Europe when required.
