Job summary

Ritchie Bros. in France is seeking an outside sales professional to serve as Territory Manager. You will be the front line of our sales, proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers while managing existing accounts.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will travel regularly, work from a home office, and drive revenue through multi-channel solutions. The role offers an uncapped compensation earning potential, base salary, a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role and a track record of meeting quotas.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in Equipment or Construction Equipment preferred.
• Quota-driven sales with industry knowledge desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source and grow existing accounts, and manage the territory playbook.
• Understand customer needs and negotiate/close deals with internal stakeholders.
• Develop territory via CRM (Salesforce) and maintain the playbook.
• Attend auctions and travel 5–7 days per month to cover the territory.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through presentations and value delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
