Job summary
XPENG France is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to lead national after-sales technical support and roadside assistance coordination across the dealer network. You will ensure high technical expertise, escalation management and operational efficiency in a fast-growing EV brand.

Qualifications
- Experience in automotive technical support or after-sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to dealership technicians and service advisors.
- Coordinate escalations with National Technical Manager and HQ functions.
- Lead roadside assistance programme and interface with European partner.
- Deploy technical bulletins and communications to the dealer network.
- Support repair pre-authorisation activities and warranty processing.
