• Proven experience in automotive technical support or after-sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic architecture and diagnostics.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to coordinate with international teams.

• Provide technical support and guidance to dealership technicians and service advisors.
• Coordinate escalations with National Technical Manager and HQ functions.
• Lead roadside assistance programme operations with European partner.
• Deploy technical bulletins and communications to the dealer network.

• Coordinate field technical support activities and on-site interventions as needed.
• Monitor technology developments and regulatory requirements relevant to diagnostics and after-sales.
