XPENG France is seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to lead local French content production and social media operations for our EV brand. You will manage video shoots, coordinate with external agencies, and monitor e-reputation and online communities to capture sentiment.

Reporting to the Deputy Senior Digital & Social Media Manager, you will drive fresh formats tailored to the French market while maintaining XPENG’s premium AI/tech brand identity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years minimum of experience as a Project Manager or Content Lead in a creative/social agency or brand marketing team.
• Strong background in video production and creative project management (from briefing and shoot management to final delivery).
• Solid understanding of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e-reputation monitoring tools.
• Automotive &/or Tech enthusiasm is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Local Video & Film Production: Drive local creation of French video assets with production agency support.
• Production Management: Lead briefs, shoots, crews, and post-production workflows.
• Creative Direction: Pitch fresh formats while preserving XPENG’s premium brand identity.
• Social Management & Agency Coordination: Manage calendars, asset delivery, and moderation guidelines.
• Operational & Budget Admin: PO creation, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
