Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support a strategic client portfolio. You will act as a primary technical advisor, ensuring successful deployment, governance, and operation of the Dataiku platform across client environments.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to guide clients from pre- to post-sales engagements while collaborating with the Field Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify priorities and develop engagement plans.
• Manage project milestones with Customer Success Managers and clients, provide status updates and mitigate risks.
• Serve as a central technical advisor and contribute to account strategy.
