Job summary

Kraken in Paris is seeking a high-visibility Technical Account Manager to own the Octopus Energy France account, coordinating delivery, technology and customer success across multiple teams. You will translate client needs into action, drive architectural decisions, and guide platform adoption to maximise value.

You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced energy tech environment, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical background with cloud, APIs and integrations.
• Experience in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.
• Experience with energy, utility, or infrastructure clients.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to OEFR’s senior stakeholders and translate Kraken’s vision into outcomes.
• Provide architectural guidance to connect OEFR with Kraken platform and guide system design and integrations.
• Be the hands-on technical presence, triage incidents, guide configurations, and advocate for the client internally.
