Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with sales and stakeholders to drive technical wins across opportunities.

You will connect platform capabilities, automated data workflows, and AI tools to measurable customer outcomes, building proofs of concept to validate requirements and showcase enterprise value of the Workiva platform. You’ll lead discovery, deliver targeted demonstrations, and align Workiva solutions with customer needs, industry use cases, and regulatory reporting,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers and identify needs.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to validate requirements.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability.
• Assist in building customer-specific business cases and value demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Lead Opportunity Technical Evaluations to prove technical viability.
