Integrated Plastics Packaging (IPP) seeks a Sales Manager–France to lead and accelerate sales growth across the French market for IPP's flexible packaging solutions. You will develop the market, manage key accounts, and drive profitable growth while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of sales experience in flexible packaging, deep knowledge of the French market, and proven abilities in negotiation and closing complex deals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proven success growing sales within the French market.
• Fluency in French; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales growth across France for IPP's flexible packaging portfolio.
• Develop and execute a country-level sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across food and non-food segments.
• Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and order generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
• Represent IPP in customer meetings and industry events as required.
