sunday is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for France to partner with the Head of Operations and drive the French business performance. You will establish the operating rhythm, structure rituals, and ensure initiatives move from discussion to measurable impact.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and a hands‑on approach to execution, with collaboration across Operations, Revenue, Product, Marketing and Data teams. Join early and shape the journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, analytics, scale‑up operations or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong do‑er mentality: highly hands‑on, resourceful, and willing to take ownership from problem definition through execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, concise and decision‑oriented documents and presentations.
• Proficient in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Run the France operating rhythm and lead weekly rituals.
• Prepare, structure and facilitate France team rituals and reviews.
• Produce concise meeting materials, decision documents and project updates.
• Own project follow-through and ensure timely delivery by owners.
• Continuously improve France management rituals and the data view.
