Mapal Group in Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead new business within the French restaurant segment. You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive ARR growth.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, deep hospitality knowledge, and proven success acquiring new logos. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally in hospitality or vertical SaaS.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and workforce challenges in French hospitality.
• Proven success in acquiring new logos and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
• Data-driven pipeline management using CRM tools and accurate forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for the French restaurant segment.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Develop strategic relationships with consultants, hospitality groups, and tech partners in France.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging and drive ARR growth.
