OPSWAT is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for France to accelerate revenue growth in the defence and critical infrastructure sectors. You will master OPSWAT’s technology portfolio, build strategic plans, and close high-impact deals with government and enterprise clients across France.

You will leverage relationships in the French defence ecosystem, navigate public procurement, and articulate ROI/TCO to senior executives in both French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales experience focusing on defence/government sectors
• Established relationships in the French defence and military ecosystem
• Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise and public sector customers
• Knowledge of French security/regulatory frameworks (ANSSI) and EU compliance

Responsabilités

• Target opportunities in the French defence, military, and critical infrastructure verticals
• Sell OPSWAT products and services to exceed sales quotas
• Articulate ROI/TCO and manage negotiations throughout the sales cycle
• Navigate French public sector procurement processes and frameworks
• Maintain account and opportunity detail in Salesforce and forecast revenue
• Overachieve annual quota and report progress quarterly
