OPSWAT in France is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. You will manage customer issues to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution, assist Sales, help integrate OPSWAT products, test new releases, and participate in special projects in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS, excellent English, strong problem-solving, and familiarity with Windows environments, networking, and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools.
• Proficiency in Windows and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and prioritize the queue of open tickets.
• Track customer status for each ticket, including level, interactions, and satisfaction.
• Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues and resolve promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Finance, Legal) as needed.
• Provide responsive phone and chat support to address queries.
