Job summary

Hines is seeking an Analyst to join the French Investment team, contributing to investment and development activities across France. You will participate in underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution, with increasing responsibility and exposure to a broad range of opportunities across asset classes and strategies.

The role offers the chance to build financial models, support investment memoranda, and coordinate with internal teams, advisers and banks.

Qualifications

Master's degree from a leading French engineering or business school is required.
1+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate investment or development; internship also considered.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; understanding of returns, cash flows, financing and valuation.

Responsibilities

Support screening, underwriting and evaluation of investment and development opportunities across real estate sectors.
Build financial models covering acquisition, development, financing, tax.
Undertake comparable investment and leasing analysis to support decisions.
Prepare investment committee memoranda and materials for funds and capital partners.
Support due diligence with internal teams, advisers and external counterparties.
Assist in structuring and execution of asset-level financings and lender negotiations.
Maintain market intelligence on transactions, rents, yields, occupier trends and capital markets.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and workflows.
