Hines is seeking a Finance Manager in France to design and implement the target finance operating model for the French platform, collaborating with the France RE Finance Director and finance team.

You will define processes, KPIs, and governance for Aparto and related entities, ensuring data quality, controls, and scalable reporting across Corporate and Real Estate Finance while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in finance operations, finance transformation and controlling, with audit or outsourcing exposure.
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-provider and multi-system environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reporting, reconciliations and data flows.
• Experience with finance systems, AP workflows, e-invoicing and outsourcing models or data quality projects.
• Exposure to real estate, asset or fund management is a plus.
• Fluent French and professional English are required.

Responsabilités

• Design and document the end-to-end finance operating model for the French platform across Corporate and Real Estate Finance and Aparto.
• Define target processes, RACI, deliverables, calendars, controls, KPIs and escalation routes.
• Structure the Aparto finance model including integrations with Starez, Flywire and Xero, and establish reconciliations with external support teams.
• Define reporting packs for statutory accounts and PropCo reporting with the Corporate Accounting Provider.
• Clarify finance systems usage and data flows across the platform; set standards for files, packs and governance.
• Support readiness for the French e-invoicing reform with compliant, traceable AP workflows.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, data quality and provider deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement to reduce manual workarounds.
