Job summary

Hines is seeking an Associate to join its French Investment team in France. You will contribute to investment and development activities across all asset classes, from initial screening to due diligence and execution, working closely with an Investment Director.

The role offers exposure to fund management teams and senior leadership, with significant autonomy in managing transaction workstreams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a leading French engineering or business school.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate investment or development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to produce high-quality financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening, underwriting and evaluation of investment opportunities across real estate sectors.
• Build and review sophisticated financial models for acquisitions, development, financing and tax.
• Coordinate transaction execution, due diligence and documentation with internal and external teams.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and materials for funds and capital partners.
• Support negotiation of transaction documentation and asset-level financings.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to improve analysis efficiency and quality.
