PER is seeking a French-speaking Investor Relations Associate/Analyst in Paris to join a mid-market private equity fund. You will support fundraising efforts and investor coverage for LPs across Europe.

The role involves preparing marketing materials, coordinating investor events, and performing financial analysis and benchmarking. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations, placement agent, lead advisory or investment banking.
• Strong quantitative background with financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Interest in fundraising and long-term investor relationships; collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of fundraising documentation and responses to LP queries.
• Plan and deliver investor events, roadshows and AGMs.
• Perform detailed product analytics and benchmarking against competitors.
• Identify and research prospective investors.
• Maintain CRM records of investor interactions for distribution planning.
