Ajax Systems in Strasbourg seeks a technical business development professional to support customer meetings and promote security solutions across the region. You will conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations, and present new products to distributors and installers.

Train technical staff, build long-term partnerships, and contribute market insights to product strategies while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or electronic engineering.
• Experience with alarm systems, video surveillance, security tech.
• Knowledge of alarm systems and IP CCTV.
• Experience installing/designing security systems.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilités

• Assist technically with business development manager for customer meetings.
• Conduct seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product for customers and employees.
• Present new products and features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions according to customer needs and provide technical support to key clients.
• Conduct market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Beta test product features and write technical documentation for new products.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
