Ajax Systems is seeking a regional B2B marketing professional to expand market presence across France. You will drive campaigns, manage partner relationships, and coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to promote Ajax security solutions.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English and native-level French (both written and spoken).
• Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in planning and executing product, service, or market launches.
• Willingness to travel across France.

Responsabilités

• Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution, managing campaigns that promote Ajax products within the framework of the Regional Business Plan
• Drive B2B marketing activities: promotions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, certification courses, case studies, presentations, trade marketing activities, professional media publications, motivation programs, etc
• Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to increase efficiency
• Develop and update marketing materials; contribute to the creation of partner development tools by presenting regional market needs and features
• Monitor the implementation of marketing policies in the distribution channel, ensuring delivery of all existing marketing materials and tools (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners
• Conduct deep analysis of partners’ businesses and local market insights to generate ideas for growing Ajax’s share and sales with each partner
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales managers on the partner side to strengthen Ajax’s presence and sales
• Ensure effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
• Gather regional product feedback and needs, sharing information with the R&D team
• Manage marketing budgets and oversee the project approval process
• Hold regular meetings with partners and maintain close alignment with the sales team
