Job summary

Shine, a European fintech unicorn, is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to own France HR operations from Paris. You will architect end-to-end lifecycle operations, ensure payroll data accuracy, and drive regulatory compliance.

This individual contributor role offers full ownership with no direct reports, in a hybrid Paris setup within a fast-moving fintech environment. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Leadership to standardize processes, migrate core

Qualifications

• Proven track record in People Operations or HR Administration in fast-moving tech/fintech.
• Hands-on expertise in French labor administration, contracts, leaves, and compliance.
• Experience with modern HRIS platforms and data workflows.
• Payroll data structuring and validation for French payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle operations for France (onboarding, contracts, leaves, exits).
• Own French operational compliance and act as Paris-based SME for HR operations.
• Own HRIS in France; configure workflows, maintain data integrity, reporting pipelines.
• Structure and validate monthly payroll inputs and data for payroll provider and finance.
• Lead operational integration of acquired French teams into Shine's HR systems.
• Draft French employment contracts and audit leave accruals; resolve day-to-day queries.
