Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Paris, France is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for about 1,600 employees using local outsourced partners.

You will ensure compliance with French payroll regulations, stay current with tax requirements, and perform SOX controls. This role requires strong data analysis, fluency in French and English, and proven leadership to collaborate with Finance and Employee Success.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP/ADP.
• Prior experience as a Payroll Manager delivering high-volume payroll in France.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Solid knowledge of French payroll laws, tax regulations and labor laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the France payroll (~1,600 employees) using local outsourced partners.
• Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations and tax requirements in France, ensuring compliance.
• Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework.
• Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
• Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers.
