Cainiao Group is seeking a French HR Operations Specialist to support the SSC in France, handling onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, attendance, benefits, and expenses. You will oversee monthly payroll for French employees, ensure DSN submissions, labor law compliance, and liaise with vendors, accounting, and social security authorities.

Strong French language skills and teamwork required. This role focuses on standardizing HR processes and collaborating across IT, admin, procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1–3 years in HR operations or payroll.
• Experience in an HR SSC or French payroll preferred.
• Proficient in French; basic English communication.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SOP knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with payroll calculations and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle HR operations and onboarding/offboarding in France SSC.
• Process monthly payroll for French employees, DSN and reporting.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and authorities.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking in line with regulations.
• Support process standardisation and SOP development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on regional projects.
